Oh, what good advise but how hard the task! I don't know about others but I constantly compare myself (unconsciously) to my friends, neighbors, collegues. How can I keep my mind still! If I do that I am not keeping busy! That's it - busy. God is in control and He always will be. Let go and let Him in. Those mini breaks are the best gift He has given us and we can choose to take them or not.
I need a break!
